Civic and Moral Instruction

Civic and moral teaching is a comprehensive training aimed at promoting ethical awareness and civic responsibility among individuals. Through educational programs, community workshops, and resources, participants will enhance their understanding of social norms, ethical practices, and their roles within society.

Further Basic Training

Further Training offers a third basic cycle training program designed to enhance the literacy, numeracy, ethical, and professional skills and expertise of individuals who have been organized in mutual aid groups. These programs not only build on the literacy and numeracy skills they bring with them but also provide practical skills in various fields, preparing them for future opportunities and instilling confidence in their abilities.

On-the-job training

On-the-job training is a form of education where learning and skill development occur in the workplace during regular working hours. This method allows mutual aid group members to gain hands-on experience using the tools, procedures, and practices associated with their roles directly within their professional environment. It promotes the practical application of skills and aligns training closely with real-world work scenarios.
