  1. Mutual Aid Group Members consist of groups of 5, 7, or 9 unemployed individuals. Each member commits to providing 20 hours per week to one of the following options.
    1.  Common Interest Projects: Contributing to community projects and actively participating in community initiatives that enhance the quality of life in the communal section where they live. 
    2. Local Enterprises: Working with local businesses to gain invaluable on-the-job training and hands-on experience that can lead to future employment opportunities. 

2. Mutual Aid Group members participate for a period of 18 months.

    1. During this time, they receive a monthly participation incentive of 100 USD, along with 10 hours of training in literacy, numeracy, and civic and moral instruction.
    1. Participants also agree to keep their children in school and actively search for employment.

3. At the end of the 18-month period, existing members will leave the program, and new members will be invited to participate for another 18 months
